Just what we needed, Haven't used VRBO much, but this was perfect. The owner was very responsive and communicative and the house was spotless. There's a nice, private outdoor area, lots of games and equipment for beach activities. And no pet peeve--the water pressure and temp in the shower were planty!

Al place was a great place for me and 6 of my buddies. Al was very easy to get into with contact, and gave us suggestions on things around. The house was super clean when we got in, and was nicely managed. The beach was a short and easy walk. Over all my friends and I had a great time and would stay again if we visited Cocoa Beach again.

Place was a perfect spot to stay in Cocoa Beach. A short walk to the beach, close to several restaurants, kayaking was nearby.His place was clean and roomy. Loved all the space and bathrooms! The beach chairs and wagon were great to use. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area and would definitely recommend it.

Clean and perfect location The house is very clean and quiet and located within a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and there was even ping pong and a treadmill. The beach access takes you onto the beach in an area that seemed to be more family oriented and was relaxing but if you wanted to join the busier part of the beach by the restaurant and bar, it was a short walk down the beach. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend choosing Al's home!
